THURSDAY, MARCH 6 – Hills Pay the Bills!

Warmup: 15 mins easy

Workout: Part I: 30 mins, full hill. Goal is 3 miles. Part II: EMOM for 5 mins; 10 sec sprint; EMOM for 5 mins; 12 sec sprint; EMOM for 5 mins; 15 sec sprint.

Cooldown as needed.

An easy shakeout run from Herricks. Each week we will meet at the parking lot for an easy 45/50-minute run through the neighborhood.
