THURSDAY, MAY 16

5:00am – Hills Pay the Bills!

Warm up – 20 mins easy

Workout: Set 1: 4 x 25 sec sprint, 30 air squats, 1 full hill sprint. Set 2: 4 x 20 sec sprint, 40 air squats, 1 full hill sprint. Set 3: 4 x 15 sec sprint, 50 air squats, 1 full hill sprint. All paces and levels are welcome, mods available. Just show up!
