We’re a running club based in New Hyde Park & Mineola, New York.
Many of our club members run together at the crack of dawn (or earlier!) on most mornings. What better way to start off the day?
We celebrate our hard work and achievements through race events of all shapes and sizes including 5K, 10K, half / full / ultra- marathons, and team relays. Our club also hosts a local race event annually.
On any given Sunday, we explore different locations for a change of scenery and new experiences.
On Tuesday evenings, Coach Gary hosts a track workout catering to runners of all types. It’s a great way to build speed and confidence in your step.
“It doesn’t matter how fast or how far you’re going. If you put on your shoes and go for a run, you are a runner – you are in that club.”
Kara Goucher, Olympic runner
“The miracle isn’t that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.”
John Bingham, Runner & Author
“All runners are tough. Everyone has to have a little fire in them, that even in tough times, can’t be turned off.”
Shalane Flanagan, Olympic runner
